Back to his roots, young Castelroussin chef Adam Blondeau has pulled out all the stops. Just a stone's throw from the Hôtel de Ville, the gray facade features just one thing: a leafy logo in effigy of his favorite ingredient, plants. The décor is uncluttered, with stone and wood, neutral materials that clash like the rope-like design of contemporary furniture. A well-mastered score awaits us in two possible movements (discovery or signature). Single-product plates, great taste, masterful cooking, we can't help but sign up!

De l'entrée au dessert, rien à redire. Tout est parfait. Du goût, de la fraîcheur, de la qualité et de la proximité avec les producteurs locaux. En 6 mois, ce restaurant est devenu un incontournable sur Châteauroux ????????????
