The chapel was founded in the early th century by the lords of Montigny. It was from here in 1212 that the crusade of children led thousands of teenagers to issue the Holy Land. At the head of the crusade, a little shepherd from Cloyes named Etienne. Splendid frescoes of the th and th centuries decorate the whole. You will admire two almost unique scenes such as the adoration of the mages and the flogging of Christ.

ST. PETER'S CHURCH

Churches cathedrals basilicas and chapels

Construite church, built in place of the castle of local lords from the th century, seems to keep memories of these feudal origins with its very surprising entrance. Inside, a first paved space opens onto the church: at the bottom of the nave, a closed grid hides the altar. In front of this grid, niches contain white statues and, on the side, a black black throne. Just behind the church, a playground is open for children.

You have to cross a bridge that passes over the Loir populated with ducks to enter Emile Zola Park. This vast green space, on which the palmipèdes are gently between children's games, contains animations for young children, a wooden kiosk to shelter themselves, and a labyrinth. Indeed, at one end of the garden, shrubs form circles and draw the eye by their colour since they are of amazing red. Finally, extended between two arms of the river, the park also allows you to admire washing which are laid on the edge of the Loir. Please note that the Flandres Flandres parking Garage is parked just at the entrance to the garden.
