Read moreThe Au Croissant bakery-pastry shop is located in the town of Nogent-le-Rotrou. Customers are delighted to find their favorite products such as Pétrisane (baguette) and brioche, which are a great success. Nicolas Grasteau, already well known to the people of Nogent-le-Rotrou as the pastry chef at Fournil Gabriel, seized the opportunity to take over the bakery after the change of ownership. He was joined in this adventure by a baker and two shop assistants, and plans to take on apprentices in the future. The bakery works in partnership with the La Pétrie mill, which supplies local produce. The renovation work was carried out with the invaluable help of Nicolas Grasteau's family.
