CHESNAY MILL

Monuments to visit

The pivot-en-Beauce mill was built in 1770. Around 1850, it was moved, all of a room, on its current location. The mill of the Chesnay was famous for the venues, thanks to Marcel Barber, his miller who was also poet and songwriter. Its rehabilitation dates back to 1990.

FERNAND-BARBER MILL

Monuments to visit

The barber mill, the name of his last sucker, looks like his pedestal. It is a pivot of the most beautiful of the department, whose origins date back to the th century. Fernand Barber made it gift to the commune to be restored, but he kept his enjoyment until his death. The ARAM Beauce (Regional Association of Friends of Mills) and the Association de Levesville have worked to rehabilitate it.
