Arsenal transformed into market, built at the beginning of the XXth century and classified as a historical monument in Dreux.
The former Dreux arsenal began its third life in the fall of 2012: already transformed into a market, the former firefighters' storeroom, built in the early 20th century and classified as a historical monument, is now a contemporary art center. The large building, partly hidden behind a large brown box, welcomes local or national artists all year round to exhibit their work, and promotes contemporary art in all its forms. Exhibition: "Mettre au monde", from June 23, 2022 to January 8, 2023.

Très franchement je crois n'avoir jamais vu les portes ouvertes... Je suis passée à côté la semaine dernière mais il faut visiblement réserver hors saison et c'est plus pour les groupes qu'autre chose. Bon... si vous être dingue de contemporain, c'est pour vous ! Et en plus c'est gratuit et à côté du parking souterrain (et du la Pizzeria ;) !). Cerise sur le gâteau, c'est en centre ville et la Chapelle Royale n'est pas très loin ;)
