Sylvie and Gervais Arrondeau also cook some preserves, such as basquaise chicken. Obviously here, everything is 100% bio. This group of farmers is also present in the region's markets, including Sur on Monday and Saturday morning and in Chartres on Saturday morning. Sale at the farm by appointment, or without appointment to Massuères, only on Friday evening: there you will probably have the chance to leave with some hot organic breads, just released from baker!
