From the Nengone Village Hotel, Boniface offers a guided snorkeling tour on the drop off of Hnalé Bay, in Pédé. As the island does not have a diving club, this activity is the only option to discover Maré's seabed. Optimist, windsurfing, Hobie Cat 13, kayak rental. The rates are reasonable and the person is very welcoming. Lessons are given in the Canio nautical center, for beginners and advanced. Group or private lessons, the choice is yours! We tested the group lessons and the atmosphere was charming and good-natured.

The Nautical Animation Center of Chateaubriand Bay offers equipment rental. Many options are available to discover the beautiful waters of Lifou and it is recommended to book in advance, especially on weekends. Open or single kayak, double kayak, windsurf, funboard, Hobie Cat 14, Hobie Cat 13, catamarans, etc. The staff is very friendly. The perfect place to spend a relaxing and/or sporty afternoon!
