Well situated in front of the boats in the Steni Vala marina, this family tavern offers a varied menu to satisfy everyone. But you might as well go to the simplest and watch the fish: it is the catch of the day, sold by weight. You choose your piece and it is grilled. Its terrace, preserved from the noise, overlooks the sea and the fishermen's boats which will undoubtedly bring back octopus for your plate. Simple and family cooking, just like the tasty fava.

At the foot of the water, on the road between Patitiri and Steni Vala, here is an authentic tavern that serves local dishes in a 1.5 hectare olive grove that extends to the sea. Here, a yiagia (granny) and her daughter prepare their delicious pies (with octopus, boiled vegetables, onion...), cooked meatballs with local artichokes, pasta with Alonissos tuna. Otherwise, fresh fish and grilled meats. Homemade fruit jams for dessert. Coffee serves the usual snacks (baguettes, salads, waffles, pancakes).

This restaurant (whose name means "pot") opened in 2013 in an enchanting setting, in a beautiful garden shaded by bougainvilleas. Its ambition is to offer sophisticated dishes with Mediterranean flavours. Order the refreshing sea fennel, cherry tomato, pickled onion and aged cheese salad, followed by the delicious fennel and wild green goat cheese or the delicate steamed cod with its mussels and vegetables. Wine list with more than 60 local varieties.

The restaurant received a major boost and publicity in 2018 with the arrival of the famous chef Angelos Bakopoulos, who offers an inspired seafood menu, such as his shrimp tartar or his tuna tataki with thyme and teriyaki sauce. Here you can enjoy modern and contemporary Greek cuisine on a pleasant terrace. The freshness of the ingredients is reflected in her healthy Mediterranean cuisine, prepared in part with organic vegetables from her garden. Go ahead with your eyes closed because everything is very good, the starters as well as the main courses. This restaurant is located in a small courtyard in the middle of a very nice vegetation. On the Platanos square, there is a nice hidden courtyard with clay pots with flowers and a large garden that provides the kitchen with vegetables and herbs. Try the vegetarian "pastitisio", a classic revisited, or the pork roll with apples and plums. Good wine list and romantic atmosphere. The welcome is very pleasant and the service is also very good. A well-known meeting place for an evening on the town. This restaurant is located in a magnificent courtyard with trees and a grenadier. The menu is varied: a mix of traditional Greek dishes and creative cuisine such as pork with citrus fruits and caramelized apples. We like homemade starters (vegetables sautéed with eggs, pumpkin, cheese and mint rolls). Many of the dishes are created by the owner's mother. The portions are generous, the dishes delicious and refined. Note that the toasted bread in olive oil is delicious.

Just after the National Bank, to the left of the main road of the port, an authentic ouzerie with a menu rich in seafood. Mezzes are classic but not only: let yourself be tempted by unusual dishes like crab cakes. In the end, the menu is excellent, reasonable and typically Greek. The atmosphere is festive and the service is smiling. It cannot be mistaken: the clients are mainly local. Probably one of the best restaurants in Patitiri.
