Read moreIf you follow the coastal path southwards, you will find the beach of Papa Mina (2 hours round trip), and northwards, the beach of Vananda (1 hour round trip). From there, you can continue to the northern tip of the island, to Tristomo, in front of the islet of Saria (plan for the day): an option may be to plan a return trip on a caique. For a longer loop (allow 5 hours), go up to the pastoral village of Avlona then go down to the bay of Vroukounda where natural pools and ancient ruins await you.
