The cooperative brings together 190 winegrowing families and produces excellent wines, some of them internationally acclaimed. A symphony of scents created in the heart of Alto Adige, with wines expressing the incomparable elegance and fragrance of the terroir, intimately linked to the mountains and the rhythm of nature. Cooperative of 340 local winegrowers. The modern structure at the rear of the castle, along the main road, offers a wide range of wines for tasting and sale. For more than a century, the St. Michael-Eppan winery, with 330 winegrowing families and 385 ha of vineyards, has supported the most important winegrowing commune: Appiano, on the South Tyrolean wine route at the gateway to the Dolomites. The surrounding soils offer exceptional characteristics for unique wines.

The cooperative, which brings together some 400 producers, offers a wide selection of local wines, including the excellent Kalterersee, wines from Lake Caldaro. Wine bar and tasting area.
