The cooperative brings together 190 winegrowing families and produces excellent wines, some of them internationally acclaimed. Florian Rabanser is passionate about beautiful mountains and racy spirits. That's all it took to create a top-flight distillery. Here, spirits are produced from the plants of the Dolomites: gins, grappas and spirits in particular. Dol Gin is the most representative of the region, as is Yellow Gin, whose juniper aroma is enriched by lemons from Lake Garda. The liqueurs are exceptional: apricots and pears from Val Venosta farms, high altitude raspberries, plums and grapes from Alto Adige.

This artisanal bakery-pastry shop combines the tradition of old-fashioned bread with local gourmet products.
