Equally exotic are the crafun, a savoury doughnut with meat ragout, and the feies da soni, potato chips with blueberries or sauerkraut.

It is accessible by car, which is a good option in summer. Don't be surprised to see cows grazing in front of the terrace, they live in the surrounding fields because the restaurant belongs to a historical cheese factory that has diversified into local gastronomy over the years. You will find the best of the local production in the plate, but executed with a lot of lightness and grace. A good gastronomic address.
