Both a restaurant and a wine cellar, you'll find one of the best selections of wines in the region. You'll find a warm ambience in the large dining room, with beautiful bottles displayed on the shelves along the walls. The town hall, Palazzo Robellini, also houses the regional wine library, dedicated to the wines of the area, one of the richest in grape varieties in the whole of Piedmont. Inaugurated in 1981, it occupies the basement of the palace. The space is divided into small, typically vaulted rooms. An impressive selection of excellent wines to taste before making your final choice, all guided by knowledgeable and helpful staff. A must to fill your suitcases!

These historic cellars belonged to the Falletti di Barolo marquises, who were already producing an exceptional wine in the 18th century. In addition to learning more about the history of Barolo, the tour is interesting, with a chance to admire barrels several hundred years old. At the end of the tour, enjoy a tasting of the fabulous wines, and stop by the boutique to buy a few bottles. If you dine at the restaurant, the tour is included in the three menus on offer (from €59 to €79).
