At the disposal of companies, nothing less than: a press room, 6 private offices for exhibitors, three main meeting rooms, an auditorium and three simultaneous translation booths. The hotel is of course equipped with a cafeteria and a panoramic restaurant for up to 500 people.

The headquarters is in Bilbao, and there are delegations in San Sebastián, Pamplona, Vitoria and Bayonne. Within the Academy, members meet in working committees to study different aspects of the Basque language (grammar, lexicography, literature, etc.).
