Auvergne Habitat has a portfolio of more than 18,000 housing units in the Puy-de-Dôme, Allier and Haute-Loire departments. Each year, nearly 250 new homes are built and offered for rent. Ophis manages housing across the Puy-de-Dôme département and in Saint-Flour, Cantal. With almost 17,000 homes, Ophis is involved in three activities designed to improve the living environment: social landlord, social housing developer, and developer and service provider for local authorities. It is the leading social landlord in the département. Ophis builds hundreds of new homes and renovates just as many.
