The GUC in purple and yellow colours with its 10 000 members and 26 sections is 3rd rank of French university clubs! It allows all Grenoble (we know little, but it is open to all) to practice virtually every sport from athletics to diving through sail or kick-kick. Located on the university site, it is easy to access via the tram line C and should host many members (including all our readers).

An original activity for the whole family, or a group of friends: medieval airsoft is a team sport with different objectives depending on the scenario (capture a flag or eliminate the opposing team). We've already heard of paintball and lasergame, but now you can challenge your opponents in the woods armed with a bow and arrow and a sword. All in complete safety, of course, and governed by strict rules. It doesn't take long to get into the swing of things, and you'll soon feel like a knight! The Association des Centres de Loisirs de Grenoble promotes popular education by meeting the needs of families. With 15 different structures with the same objectives, it offers educational activities aimed at training free and responsible citizens, while respecting the environment. Open on Wednesdays, during the school vacations and on public holidays, the leisure centers offer rates based on family income. ACL regularly recruits activity leaders, offering the chance to discover the socio-cultural world or to develop professionally.

Every year, in partnership with the Fête du Livre de Saint-Etienne, the OMSS42 invites cycling enthusiasts, including the authors of the literary event, to come and take a 20 km bike ride on the slopes of Pilat. The Montée cycliste des Soleils d'automne is a family sporting event accessible to children aged 12 and over. Refuelling stops are planned. Activities are organized. Come and try your hand at this safe route, which will allow you to discover the wonderful landscapes of Pilat, which are always an enchantment!

This is the 7th edition of the City Run, to the great pleasure of those who love this form of running. The routes are very diverse, taking in as many pedestrian streets as possible and avoiding the roads as much as possible. Two circuits of 6 and 12 km are planned with a timing by disposable chip and numerous refreshment points. There is also a children's course with a start time of 5pm. The start and finish are in Place Jean Jaurès. So put on your sneakers, a surprise prize awaits you!

The Massif du Massif Association was first founded in 1985 following the Mountain Law, under the name Auvergne Ski de Fond. It is responsible for the coordination and enhancement of the northern areas of the Massif Central. Activities, fees, training of staff, organisation of stays… all information is on the website of the association.

Want to get back to physical activity? Do you need to exercise? Whatever your current physical condition, the ASM's Maison sport-santé opens its doors to you. Its missions? The mission of the MSS is to "Welcome - Evaluate - Orient" all adults who want to start a physical activity. A file is to be completed, then a physical condition assessment (cardio-respiratory, muscular, attentional and motor) will be performed. It will be followed by an interview. All this will allow us to advise you on your activity practice, and then on the structures that will correspond to you. The construction of a personalized program is also on the agenda.

L'Académie de Kung-Fu et de Tai-Chi - Siu Lam Siu Hung Khin is a kung-fu club located in Lyon. It has been offering kung-fu and tai-chi classes since 2004.
