The Barberousse rum bar is intended to be a stopover for pirates, an atypical universe in Saint-Étienne. Jacques Viallet and Claude Matencio have decided to create a unique theme bar concept. Barberousse is the first bar with a musical atmosphere specialising in rum. A long corridor leads you to the tasting room, a superb vaulted room, a remnant of the former Saint-Étienne war weapons factory. Decorated like a buccaneer's boat hold with dimmed lights, caryatids, barrels, etc. this room puts you in the mood. It's up to you to stay on course among the 40 flavours of shooter and the ten or so homemade planters. Welcome to the festive and warm atmosphere of Barbarossa!

The adventure continues on Rhumerie's pirate island. The decor is in keeping with the theme, and the pirates are on hand to serve you, not to mention the drinks, the real treasures of the place! With 110 rums from all over the world, there's something for everyone! And let's not forget our famous house-arranged rum, which we're sure you'll be able to tell us all about. And the Route du Rhum isn't just a one-way street: there are cocktails and beers too... Another of the resort's must-see spots, and one where the patrons (sorry, the captain and his deckhands) are extremely kind.

Antonin and Eric Menardo are at the helm of this Frégate, which opens in the evening on the premises of the Vercors café-restaurant, with a rum bar and an exotic ambience featuring island decor, live entertainment, house-arranged rums and signature cocktails combining chilli, maracuja, Thai basil and local strawberries.... Plus a wide range of local beers and wines. Charcuterie, cheeses, acras and a brazier for grilling are also on the menu. At lunchtime, Annick and Jean-Luc Gossard continue to offer the classic, tasty lunchtime menu.

"Le Coco-Loco" located in the heart of Savoy offers a southern atmosphere with its tapas to be eaten with a wide variety of white rum, old rum and cocktails with or without alcohol. Tortilla, cod fritters, chicken wings, pinchos de chorizo, samosas, Mexican chips with tex-mex sauce served individually or in a trail will accompany your festive moments completed by music as from 6pm. Enjoy happy hours until 10pm, live music, the feasts " the 80 s"  and guest DJs. You can also organise your birthday party and other activities at Coco Loco.
