The most beautiful natural sites to discover Asturias

It is 18 km from Cudillero towards the west but it is considered the second beach of the small village, with the beach of Aguilar. It is considered the most beautiful... But beware, it is not supervised and accessed on foot.

This 300-metre parade is part of the protected natural monuments of Asturias. They can be accessed from El Pino (hiking, signposted PRAS 31), followed by river which crosses the woods of native chestnut trees and oaks as well as meadows in dense green. Then comes a more rocky part (but accessible with shoes that adhere). At the end, you access the gorge, the main natural monument. Take about 3 hours, go and return, for a circuit of about 7 km. The walk is very nice and is going without difficulty. Take a few small reservations if you want to stop in order to enjoy a picnic view. 

Beautiful Playa de Aguilar, supervised in summer, wild in winter, is closest to Cudillero (3 km). Avoid the high tide because the sand is then covered!
