Craft breweries and microbreweries Provence-Alpes-Côte D'Azur

In the heart of Sillans, we like this small and surprising address. Grocery store and microbrewery, you can find local products (organic vegetables in particular) and of course the beer produced on the spot. In high season, the place also serves food with a very greedy bistro type of restoration. The beers produced here are home-made and have names evocative of the region (we love the "Bresque parfaite"). Blonde, amber, brown and even white depending on the season, you can find Gaudinette's beers on the markets in summer.

What if you learned to brew your own beer? A rather original idea, unheard of in Marseille and now possible thanks to the passionate people of the Bière Academy, a stone's throw from the Opera. In this place entirely dedicated to the passion of hops, you can learn by participating in a brewing workshop. In a 5-hour session, the master brewer will guide you in your first steps, the craft brewery will soon have no secrets for you. After a few days of fermentation, you will get your bottles back, ready to be tasted. This is a brilliant and educational gift idea. All the ingredients to brew your own beer at home are also on sale. In addition, the place is also a cellar and a beer bar. You will find only local and international craft beers. Get started!

When you arrive in the center of Cotignac at the end of the day, it is impossible to ignore a small garden terrace nestled against the rock, where the atmosphere is festive. At the "tailleur de bière", you can taste the productions of the microbrewery of La Tuf, managed by Renaud, who came from the flat country to treat us. You are here in contact with the production and taste the beers "at the source": IPA, raspberry sour, triple saffron or a fig beer, no question of being bored here while ordering your beer. The place to go out in Cotignac!

Since its creation in 2016 by Alexandre de Zordi, a seasoned cyclist, this craft brewery has gone from strength to strength, producing 2,000 liters of beer a day. The beautiful suds are awarded medals every year, and come in blond, white and amber, with distinctive characteristics such as Tête de Chauve à la fraise de Carpentras and Géant de Provence, a 9° triple. The labels bear the altitudes of the Vaucluse peaks: 1912, 1575, 1450 and finally 1050 and 1850.

Since 2015, this very nice brewery has been making succulent Nice beers of all kinds on site. A dozen different flavors, enough to satisfy all fans of the genre. A sales area is provided on site. Visits of the workshop are also organized on reservation, during which Olivier will be pleased to show you the secrets of the richness of its manufacture. And above all, after each visit, a free tasting is organised!
