The only disadvantage of the hostel is the 25% slope of the village road, it climbs steeply: ten minutes to go down, three quarters of an hour to come back up! Even in the car, it's impressive. If you feel like going for a drink at the excellent Ty Gwyn pub down the village, take some light as there is no light along the way to the hostel.
