Of course, the wines, carefully selected from organic and biodynamic winemakers, are as good as they are environmentally friendly. But, the trio Jessica, Kim and Michaël propose a range of fruits and vegetables and grocery products. For those who wish to have lunch on the go while continuing the organic experience, the house has designed a range of snacks made from sold products.

Strategically located at the corner of rue Saint-Placide and rue du Cherche-Midi, this small (in terms of surface area) wine cellar is known for its cutting-edge selection, which combines wines from small producers and well-known estates. It is one of the five Parisian branches of Duvalet & Blanchet. At the helm is Clémentine who, when asked about her favorite vineyard, answers Languedoc for the reds and Burgundy for the whites. You will certainly find it at Ryst-Dupeyron, an institution on the rue du Bac. The store, all woodwork, is worth the detour alone. Founded in 1905, the house prides itself on being able to offer about a hundred vintages of Armagnac (by the way, did you know that this alcohol is the oldest brandy in France?) Ryst-Dupeyron is also a wine merchant in Bordeaux, an importer of Captain Burn's whiskies and J. W. Hart ports. Connoisseurs will appreciate. Small gourmet offer (foie gras...) and online store.

The initial idea was appealing: to create a space where an art gallery and a wine cellar coexist. In 2018, this project has finally refocused on the wine cellar, which also offers small restaurants. With success apparently, given the number of people seated when we passed in front of beautiful skittles accompanied by charcuterie, cheeses ... The neighborhood was formerly occupied by farm land, including many closures of vines. The industrial revolution ended the work of the earth. This vineyard was rehabilitated during the development of the Belleville Park. Planted in 1992, this vineyard of Pinot meunier and Chardonnay occupies a surface of 250 m 2, for a total of 140 feet. Current production varies from two to three kilograms of grapes per foot, depending on years.

BAPBAP - for Brassée à Paris, Bue à Paris - is a microbrewery born from the passion of two entrepreneurs wanting to produce a local craft beer. In 2014, the company took up residence not far from République in a 1,800^m2 building with a metal structure. From grain crushing to bottling, the beers are all produced on site. In the fall of 2022, BAPBAP will offer nine permanent beers, including the Originale (the first to come out of the vats) and three organic beers, as well as ephemeral and barrique beers. Founded in 1951, the cider house was run by Jean-Paul Fahy and his wife Nicole, before recently handing over to their son, Pierre. The latter pursues the same spirit of production, respecting cycles and terroirs, and working according to the rules of organic farming. The mutliprimed ciders are unpasteurized, non-gasified and sulfite-free. The orchards also produce cider vinegar and apple juice.

The adventure began in Maule, and continues today in the beautiful farm of Grignon. Five types of beers are brewed here: from the strong blond (9°) to the fine hoppy and citrus flavours (5,1°), you will surely find what you are looking for. The latest creation is Mademoiselle Versailles, a light and fruity blonde. A young and trendy company that has launched itself into a booming craft beer niche, and that is seriously earning its reputation

It's the story of an original reconversion: this former fireman decided, after some twenty years of loyal service, to go into beer production! Judging by the quality of the beverages he produces, the brewer has mastered his craft and offers several beers: la sannoisienne, a lightly fruity blonde; la suie, a light brown, and an IPA. All to be consumed in moderation, but consumed all the same! You can visit us or order: we deliver to several towns in the Val d'Oise.

Created by Jean-Hugues Bretin, the Raisin app lists good addresses dedicated to natural wines: winemakers, wine shops, salons, restaurants, bars, etc. It lists nearly 3,000 addresses in France, including a good number in Alsace and abroad. Alexandre Frezouls has been familiar with vines and wine since his earliest childhood on the family estate "L'Enclos de la Croix". This 23-hectare estate is located in Lansargues, Hérault. Alexandre moved to Paris to sell his wine to wine merchants, where he began his career. One thing led to another, and he decided to open his own winery. The purple storefront catches the eye. The interior is all raw wood, very natural like his wines. Nearly 600 references from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Beaujolais, Rhône, Languedoc-Roussillon, Champagne and many others, including a few foreign wines. Classics and unpretentious natural wines rub shoulders with vintages. There's something for everyone, because Alexandre is a true professional who doesn't lock himself into a particular range. He first listens to the customer, determines his or her needs and desires before proposing a wine, and does all this in a cheerful, happy atmosphere. Customers are loyal, and through word-of-mouth, the cellar is gradually becoming a benchmark.

Beer leads to everything! Even the Côtes de Provence. Director of Fischer, one of the great Alsatian brewers, inventor, among others, of the «six pack» and the famous Desperados, Jean-Charles Foellner bought the domain in 2001 to a named… Corrona! With his son Paskal, he produces elegant and exquisite wines, with a 5-8 year guard. Among the varieties the classics (grenache, syrah, cinsault, rolle) and more atypical (tibouren, clairette, calitor, carignan and viognite). 42 hectares of which 36 are in production with 125 000 bottles year-round, 85% rosé, 5% white and 10% red. High quality wines that have won 25 medals in 2017 (Feminine Wine Contest, Mâcon Wine Contest, Sworn Brokers, Independent Winemakers, etc.). Every year, in July, an event organized by the independent winemakers of the Var «Arts and Wines», whose purpose is to assemble artistic work and wine tasting, takes place in the field. On the 1 st or 2 nd weekend of September during the harvest, a discovery day is organized to discover the secrets of the estate, a great experience for small and large. During the evenings organized by Château Paradis, the estate makes available their truck «Pizza Paradis», pizza pizzas at the price of 5 €; A good initiative on the part of the estate, the modest price allows to pay the dough and the pizzaiolo… Beyond the sale of wines, the shop on the spot is well-stocked, offering for very reasonable rates other spirits, champagnes, and a whole range of articles and products related to wine, land and Provence. For example: An isothermal bag in the form of handbags, original cylinders in the form of shoes for women, metal creation, shepherds, big glasses and a whole host of original objects, a few herbs of Provence, lavender, etc. This gold medalist area is certainly one of the unavoidable parts of this department.

More than 500 references from the Italian boot… You have understood this, here you can find the grape varieties, wine growers, Italian soil thanks to Mihran Karabetyan who travelled across the country for several years before creating his cellar in 2008. He works as closely as possible with independent areas and carefully selects his wines with oenologists. There are small treasures, wines in biodynamie, great wines and more. A small grocery radius offers cold charcuterie, balsamic vinegar, olive oils.

It's no longer a wine shop, it's an experience: if La Nouvelle Cave has a classic name, the location, right in the heart of the Marais, is already less so. Pink and grey, airy, it's a welcome change from the piles of crates and boxes. It's also the chance to take part in regular workshops, led of course by experts, and covering a wide spectrum, from wine to beer to cocktails. This is definitely a place like no other, where a warm welcome is not an empty word. Definitely worth a try.

L'Intendance is an attractive wine cellar housed in an old farmhouse dating from 1870. Thomas Beschi, a passionate wine merchant, welcomes you and tells you the story of his wines. You'll find a constantly evolving selection of 600 bottles, including vintages, 200 organic and biodynamic wines, 200 whiskies (specializing in Scotland, the USA and Japan), 100 rums, chartreuses, real Pastis, and 60 champagnes. The winery also offers wine courses and free tastings every Saturday. A cellar well worth the detour!

Nestled between the Fontainebleau forest, the Seine and the Loing, Sylvain Boursier and Boris Penot's brewery is truly a tribute to the country, embodying better than anyone else this locavore spirit returned to the land, proximity and sustainable development. The micro-brewery practices its art according to the strict rules of craft beer, with malt and hops, a little yeast and sugar and nothing else! They offer a narrow range of classics, named after the local favorite sport of climbing, as well as a good range of ephemeral beers (or not!).

For almost twenty-five years now, the Rabourdin brewery has been one of the oldest microbreweries in the département, and a model of development, combining family management with respect for traditional methods. Today, the brewery has an audience that extends beyond the region, embodying Brie beer throughout France, notably through its beer ranges, such as the famous Briarde. Tours are available on reservation.

After fifteen years in public works and management, Ludivine and Sébastien decided to change their lives, and open their own microbrewery in 2015. Today, the company holds a firm place in the Ile-de-France brewing landscape, with a solid range of around ten cuvées, including triple miel, bière à la cerise, 77 IPA and 77 happy blonde. These beers can be purchased direct from the brewery or via their click & collect e-boutique. Guided tours of the brewery are also available.

The storyof Rhumance began with a meeting between Hedi Morin, a passionate lover of flavors and fragrances, and rhum arrangé, with its fabulous spices and fruits macerated according to the rules of the art. Rhumance, which has now spread to several cities, has been emulated by many, and for good reason. Here, people don't necessarily come to make a simple purchase, but to immerse themselves in a gustatory experience with an AOC agricultural and artisanal white rum from Martinique and a variety of flavors: pineapple/ginger, coconut/cinnamon or mango/passion fruit, which won an award at the Salon de l'agriculture.

Nicolas Beaussier's microbrewery, which opened next to the Meaux train station in 2018, offers a fine range of craft beers, including both permanent and ephemeral cuvées. The brewer favors short circuits and natural products, notably in his signature beers, Brie Conique with honey, and Rosée du Saule, made with hibiscus flower. You'll also find homemade lemonades, such as violet and passion.

Mathieu Pinelle runs his franchised wine cellar in the center of Coulommiers, right on the banks of the Grand Morin. On these well-stocked shelves, you'll find over 900 references from all over France and the world, for all occasions and with the expert advice of the cellarman. You'll be able to discover a range at all price points, from new releases to great classics, from confidential to prestigious appellations (Pessac-Léognan, Champagne, Costières de Nîmes, Saumur, Madiran...). Eric de Greef is a former web designer who got fed up with the web. He wanted to make a living from his passion, and so Cave 18 was born. Unlike other often cluttered cellars, his is modern, bright and airy, with all the bottles neatly arranged. He favors small, inexpensive appellations, and you can sense his preference for southern wines such as those from Languedoc and the Rhône Valley. Other regions are less well represented, although there are a few nice little labels. Over 400 references, including foreign wines, vins doux naturels, as well as champagnes, whiskies, rums, armagnacs, cognacs and more. Eric de Greef's cellar is a living space. He offers a wine bar open weekdays from 5pm and all weekend long, with a snack bar (tapas, terrines, charcuterie or cheese platters, salads...). He also invites artists to his micro-gallery for themed evenings.

Nestled a stone's throw from the Louvre, behind the imposing porte cochère of a 1717 mansion, Distillerie de L'Arbre Sec is Paris' first micro-distillery dedicated to gin. Their gin, distilled on site in a Holstein still, is a skilful blend of rigorously selected plants, spices and flowers. Here, you can also take part in workshops to create your own gin using 12 mini-alambics, as well as tours of the workshop followed by a tasting session.

Distilleries in Paris are not commonplace! This one, created by brothers Sébastien and Nicolas Juhlès, is the first. In this den, animated by passionate people, we experiment, we make, we enjoy. You can find everything: whiskies and rums, vodkas and gins, as well as sakes and other original creations. From its spirits, the house also makes perfumes (the store also offers scented candles). Le Repère de l'Epicurien is made for lovers of wines, champagnes, spirits and other beverages that are the perfect accompaniment to a good meal. As an independent business, this Bacchus den is in fact free to make its own choices, which is much to be appreciated. The emphasis is on products that you won't find anywhere else, or that meet the demands of regular customers. Other flavors on offer include foies gras, terrines, saucissons, taramas, mustards, vinegars and tapenades, as well as fine chocolates and organic fruit juices and syrups.

Sake is a rice alcohol prized in Asia, and more particularly in Japan, and is increasingly being discovered on the French gastronomic scene. Like other alcohols, it is much more complex and varied than some might think. The Maison du Saké was created to fight against preconceived ideas. In this 500 m² temple, which is at the same time a restaurant, a grocery-cellar and a sake bar, you can discover an offer of several thousand bottles and the whole universe of this beverage. Here, sharing, taste and passion are the key words. In addition to the store, the house offers tasting workshops to help you discover the mysteries of this alcohol.

From field to bottle, this is the adage of the three friends who conceived this crazy but beautiful project in 2016. With their combined talents, the distillery opened in a 1760 farmhouse, part of a château that once belonged to the Comtesse de Ségur. But no misfortunes here, just liqueurs! Here, gin (gold medal 2023 and 2024), falernum and whisky are 100% Seine-et-Marn, made from grains sown, tended, harvested and processed on the farm.

A little history: until the early ^20th century, many of the communes in what is now the Val Parisis conurbation were known for their wine production. In Herblay, several vineyards still exist, under the aegis of the Syndicat des Vignerons d'Ile-de-France. In addition to the various private vineyards, the town of Herblay has also planted a few vines on its territory: keep your eyes peeled!
