AU POULET DE BRESSE
Read moreThe successors of Pierre Desjardin, who created this business some sixty years ago, continue the activity in the same direction. The origins of the poultry have not changed: the ducks come from Challans and the chickens from Bresse or the Landes; the rabbits were raised in the Gâtinais. LES OEUFS DES PARRICHETS
Read moreThe family adventure began in 1979, and today we cultivate almost 110 hectares of wheat and field peas, feeding no fewer than 10,000 free-range chickens. Production includes eggs, distributed as far as Rungis, as well as poultry and terrines, available in the farm store. The shop also sells delicatessen products from the Brie region: jellies, beers, jams, pasta, flour, honeys, gherkins, cider and dried vegetables.
