BELLOTA BELLOTA® TOUR EIFFEL

Mediterranean grocery
2/5
1 review

Welcome to this small piece of Spain in the heart of the 7th arrondissement! In a typical decor, this warm establishment bears the name of a famous Spanish ham that comes from a pig essentially fed with acorns. In addition to a beautiful Spanish charcuterie, you can buy there oils, canned fish and various Iberian tapas wich are delicious. Near the grocery counter, the restaurant corner with beautiful high tables with stools allows to eat on site if you want it. But for more space, a very beautiful basement room awaits you as well. The lastest thing of the restaurant is the Burger Iberico. It is a 100% Spanish recipe: a grilled chopped steak of presa Bellota a la plancha, a homemade salsa concocted with a crushed tomato and Espelette pepper jelly, a few salad leaves, sliced pieces of paleta (shoulder of Iberian ham Bellota) and a slice of manchego. But so many other Spanish delicacies await you on the spot… Nothing to say, Bellota Bellota® Eiffel Tower is really a safe value for lovers of Iberian food!

MASSAIA

This is nothing more than a corner of Italy in Mantises. Furthermore, this caterer only offers refined Italian specialities. Antipasti, bruschettas, cooked dishes, lasagna, cannelloni, pizzas, San Daniel meats, coffee, pasta, Sicilian cakes… not forgetting the cheeses of parmigiano or gorgonzola or wines and liqueurs. Here the master of the house is of Tuscan origin. And in the Rustighi, we work with family and father in son. Over the past few years, it is also the gelati (the glaces) that make this address a success. There was no hesitation in learning the secrets of these delights by a great Italian glacier master. Really to discover to taste products from Italian territory.

KANOUN

Mediterranean grocery

It is a tea room without equivalent, which deserves that one lingers there. The reactions are unanimous, and very positive, when you walk through the door for the first time. Marble, Art Deco chandeliers, spacious and wavy benches: the place has an undeniable charm. Kanoun is a nice oriental tea room (which also offers a restaurant). If we come there, it is for its pastries with an authentic taste, fine, to taste with delicious teas. We can only recommend a visit to Kanoun, 100%!

Above all, this is an Italian restaurant that is also a caterer. Rocco Rinaldi brings every taste of his country to this district of ministries. His card is traditional and the pasta is of course his specialty. The most of this restaurant is to have a small radius to buy what you own an Italian meal. The products offered are of high quality, for example, you can buy an excellent hamburgers that changes the Parisian wand with its high hydration rate and the presence of olive oil, to make delicious sandwiches. Or let yourself be tempted by Italian cheeses or cold meats. Please note that you are welcome here with great kindness.

For over 20 years, La Maison de la Pâte has been transporting you to the flavours of the South, in the country of the sun. From Provence to Italy, we discover the gastronomy products at midday. Sausages, wines, pasta, olive oils… Some products like the coming olives, the spreading of Nice and especially the olive oil Alziari, made at Nice are recognised references worldwide. As for Italian products, they are not yet: very fresh antispati, cheeses, meats, groceries with olive oils, wines, balsamic vinegar, tuna, tomato sauces and pasta - ravioli is excellent!

47 St-Germain Boulevard is a gourmet address. It is home to a cheese, a baker, fish, delicatessen, restaurants and a Greek caterer. The Boutique Koutsoukis boutique is full of sun and products that feel good the Mediterranean basin. The window is full to bursting and the interior also remains just a small place for the cashier. There is absolutely everything to make a real Greek meal at home: preserved products, fresh products, cheeses, tarama, tzatziki, cooked dishes, house blinis, pastries, alcohols, olive oils, etc. You are greeted with a smile and if necessary, you will have a recipe or hoses to pass the perfect moussaka or the seasoning of its tzatziki.

DELIZIUS

Mediterranean grocery

Delizius, an Italian grocer and caterer, has opened three outlets in Paris, recognizable by their black facades: two on the right bank - at 40 rue de l'Annonciation (16th) and 30 rue des Moines (17th) - and this one, on the left bank, right in the heart of the picturesque rue Mouffetard. The transalpine gastronomic tradition takes on modern accents, with a diversified offer: from sunny vegetables to cheeses, from antipasti to cold cuts (hams, mortadella...), from fresh pasta to olive oils... EL BIERZO

Mediterranean grocery

Before being an Iberian landmark of the 14th century, El Bierzo is a region of the autonomous community of Castilla y León. It is therefore also a gourmet triptych: a delicatessen, a restaurant and a grocery store. No need to cross the Pyrenees! The first one is an inexhaustible source of hams, chorizos, morcilla (a kind of black pudding), cecina... In the bodega-grocery store, a few steps away, you can order a paella (to eat in or take away) or tapas. Before leaving, a look at the grocery products (wines, oils...) is a must.

LA TÊTE DANS LES OLIVES

Mediterranean grocery

Cédric Casanova has a passion he inherited from his Sicilian grandmother: he has a passion for virgin olive oil. Lager, amber, virgins etc. are available in his shop. This Casanova fell in love with olive oils and became the official supplier to great Parisian restaurants. Like an oenologist, Cédric discovers in each specific intonation he tries hard to make one discover. On the shelves, one notices vat with names unusual for this type of product: Bianca, Felicia, Katia, Francesco, mostly first names and all are protected by a statuette from Madone. Each is named after the original producer. You will also find a selection of Sicilian products and good deals with friends; this grocery also offers a table for six guests upon reservation. You can take away; tuna, dried tomatoes, salted capers and other products from the picking of wild aromatic, cheese and olives.

PELOPS EPIRE

Mediterranean grocery

Previously, the full name of this store was Pelops Epirus. A bit of history... Pelops, son of Tantalus and Euryanassa, is originally from Asia Minor from where he emigrated to Greece. In his youth, his father served him as a dish to the gods of Olympus to test their clairvoyance. But none of them were mistaken, except Demeter who ate his shoulder. Vassilios Moutevelis tells this story with pleasure. From Greece, he imports many delicacies, wines and spirits. On the menu, a large choice of starters (tarama, ktipiti...), dishes (moussaka, meatballs with herbs...) and desserts partly made on the spot and to be tasted at home or on the terrace when the weather is fine.

LA MAISON DE LA MOZZARELLA

Specialized grocery

The story of La Maison de la Mozzarella began in 2014, on rue Violet in the 15th arrondissement. It was there that the Rosa brothers, Neapolitans, created the very first Italian artisanal (and daily) mozzarella production workshop in Paris. To do this, they bring in buffalo milk from Campania, their native region. With their success, they opened a grocery store on rue de Lourmel in 2019. Fans will find there, in addition to mozzarellas, burratas and other scamorzas, Neapolitan products and homemade dishes, with mostly organic raw materials.

LA TABLE UNIQUE DE CEDRIC CASANOVA

Mediterranean grocery

No, no, we haven't made any spelling or typing errors. Concervatoire" is spelled with a "c" like concerto. Cédric Casanova, Monsieur "Tête dans les olives", has given this name to his second Sicilian enclave, just a stone's throw from the first. Just as confidential as the first, this table d'hôte grocery store focuses more on early produce and cereals from the Valle del Belice than on olive oils.
