And what a result: tropical and exotic plants, the vast central lawn and its ornamentation of multicoloured flowers, unique thematic collections, nature in all its splendour, and then the architectural beauty of these grandiose greenhouses, which date back more than a century and bear witness to a unique know-how. In spite of the transport difficulties she encounters, the association has already «delivered» two tons of Niger school supplies in 1998, 500 kg of medicines…

France participated in its financing. The society of Des selects the architects Robert Fournez and Maurice Mantout. They are Moroccan, Algerian and Tunisian craftsmen who have made marble, polychrome earthenware and stucco coatings, as well as the fountains of the Paris Mosque. It was inaugurated in 1926 and is now being managed thanks to the generosity of the Arab countries. The minaret of 26 m in height overlooks the white domes and the beautiful garden surrounding them.
