The Germaine Tillion Library is a local library offering a peaceful setting for its users. Within its walls, 2 levels spread over almost 2,000 m², offering books, magazines, CDs, DVDs for all publics and a digital space. Outside the walls, a garden is open to all, where you can enjoy a book in the open air. It also organizes cultural events to encourage exchanges between local residents (workshops, meetings, readings).

Next door to the Forum des images and the UGC Cité Les Halles multiplex, the Bibliothèque du cinéma François Truffaut strengthens the presence of cinema in the aisles of the Forum des Halles. A specialized library covering 1,200 m², it offers only documents relating to cinema, television and the video arts, making it the only library in Paris to offer books, magazines, film music, DVDs and press reviews on a single site.

The Médiathèque Jean-d'Ormesson welcomes its users to the heart of the Centre Jacques-Templieu, an essential meeting place for the residents of Plessis-Bouchard. Easy to access and a member of the Val Parisis network of media libraries, it offers over 10,000 documents in all media, including novels, comics, audio and large-print books, CDs and DVDs. Other services include a return box and home delivery.

A member of the Val Parisis media library network, the Maurice-Genevoix media library offers residents of Eaubonne and the surrounding area 2,600 m² of space dedicated to reading and leisure activities. Books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, films and music are available for all ages and tastes, including a heritage collection specializing in genealogy and local history. Special features include a digital island, two study rooms and three patios open in fine weather.

To enter the Eclipse multimedia library is to enter a place at the cutting edge of innovation. Over 600 m², you'll discover a classic collection of over 34,000 books, available for consultation on site or on loan. Young and old alike can borrow video games, consoles, virtual reality headsets, and even try their hand at 3D printing and robot programming. It also organizes events throughout the year. The center benefits from the Open + offer: for all subscribers, access is possible 7 days a week until 10 pm!

The Georges-Brassens Library offers a calm and luminous interlude to those who pass through its doors. Within its walls, 800 m² of space spread over two levels is dedicated to 48,000 documents in all media (paper and audiovisual) and a wide selection of thrillers. Reading comfort is ensured by relaxation areas, work tables and a multimedia area equipped with computers and Internet access. Throughout the year, the multimedia library hosts a wide range of events.

The André-Cancelier media library, part of the Val Parisis network of media libraries, offers its users over 90,000 documents available for consultation on site and on loan. Young and old alike will find what they're looking for in the library's selection of novels, comics, mangas, sheet music, films and music. Study areas for quiet work, a home delivery service and Internet connections complete the offer of this dynamic place to live.
