We Gayment is an association of people of all sexualities and all genres. The association seeks to facilitate meetings between people within the local community, the organization of a day to combat AIDS within the faculty, and the participation of members in the Spring of the Associations and the Marches des Pride.

The purpose of local representatives against AIDS, whose founding president is Jean-Luc Romero, is to remind local elected representatives that they have a duty to mobilize against AIDS, at a time when there is a significant demobilization of the French, elected, in the fight. Over 10 000 elected representatives signed the manifesto of ELCS, which creates a moral obligation and results, committing them to mobilize for prevention, but also to solidarity and fraternity vis-à-vis HIV-positive people and sick people. This association is a space open to all active personnel of the National Police, students of police schools, retired and reservists as well as civil servants or contractual agents under other administrations of the Ministry of the Interior, the military of the National Gendarmerie, municipal police officers and sympathizers on sponsorship.
Its objectives : to promote the equal rights of all persons within the Ministry of the Interior, whatever their sexual orientation and lifestyle; to fight against all forms of exclusion, discrimination, sexism and injustice based on their sexual orientation, and/or on their serology, within the framework of their function within the Ministry of the Interior; fight against isolation, the first consequence of discrimination, with all its effects on personal well-being (social and human); registration and collaboration in the European network of LGBT police officers, helping people who discover their difference of sexual orientation in their difficulties to integrate, by promoting sports, cultural and play activities. The Flag! organizes very regularly parties at The Eagle, very animated and good-natured evenings.
