The Rouvet swimming pool, which is in the immediate vicinity of Parc de la Villette (cross the lock to get there), was built in 1928. The Piscine Couverte Pierre Brossolette is a municipal swimming pool in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. The pool is 50 meters long and 15 meters wide, with two 3.75-meter swimming lanes. Water temperature averages 27-28°C. There's also a small pool with an average water temperature of 29 to 30°C. Bathing caps must be worn and only bathing suits are permitted. Entrance fees vary according to category (Saint-Mauriens or not) and type of ticket (normal, reduced, free for children under 6).
