At La Frette-sur-Seine, this association offers you a wide range of possibilities: from introductory sailing courses for 10 year-olds and upwards - supervised by a qualified instructor - to regattas (club or inter-club) and sailing (leisure or freestyle). These activities, which are offered in fine weather, are among the most popular in the area: logical!

A real moment of escape in the heart of the Seine-et-Marn countryside... Two descents to choose from! The 6 km run gives you time to appreciate the magical environment along the Grand Morin as far as Guérard. On arrival, you can take advantage of the base camp, which offers barbecues, garden furniture and plenty of activities for young and old (mollky, volleyball, pétanque...). The more adventurous will opt for the 18 km route, for a whole day at the rhythm of the river, with a finish right in the heart of the Venice of Brie: Crécy-la-Chapelle.

Thanks to this federation, you can join more than half a million water sports enthusiasts, either for regular or occasional practice, whether it's inline racing, slalom, downhill, kayak-polo, marathon, freestyle, marathon/ocean racing, va'a, waveski surfing, dragon boating... During this period, the nautical stadium will be closed to residents, schools, associations and clubs. The aim of the modernization work is to improve the facilities to meet the needs of the various users. The Maurice Thorez nautical stadium offers a 1,000 m² swimming pool, a 400 m² training pool, a toddler pool, a solarium, a 100-meter slide, a 10-meter high platform and a diving pit, as well as collective changing rooms and individual cabins. Partner clubs and associations offer activities such as leisure swimming, sports swimming, synchronized swimming, diving, apnea, diving, canoeing, table tennis and fencing. When the nautical stadium is closed, residents can turn to the Murs à Pêches swimming pool, which has a 25-meter indoor pool for swimming, as well as a wellness area and an outdoor leisure pool.

The Piscine Couverte Pierre Brossolette is a municipal swimming pool in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. The pool is 50 meters long and 15 meters wide, with two 3.75-meter swimming lanes. Water temperature averages 27-28°C. There's also a small pool with an average water temperature of 29 to 30°C. Bathing caps must be worn and only bathing suits are permitted. Entrance fees vary according to category (Saint-Mauriens or not) and type of ticket (normal, reduced, free for children under 6).

KAWAK is a canoe and kayak rental service located in Bagneaux-sur-Loing, Seine-et-Marne. They offer descents of the Loing river, ideal for an outing with family or friends. It's important to note that reservations are required to rent a canoe or kayak. To get there, you can come by car and park for free. You can also come by train, with stations nearby. However, you need to be able to swim to take part in this activity, and children under 7 are not allowed.

Located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, the Vel'eau center offers aquabiking sessions, an aquatic activity that takes place in the water. Sessions last around 40 minutes and are supervised by a trainer. The center offers a friendly atmosphere, and sessions are limited to a maximum of six people. The pool water is heated to 30°C, and participants pedal a bike parked in the water up to chest height. The center provides individual changing rooms and a draining tea at the end of the session. Aquabiking is recommended for all ages and genders, and is particularly beneficial for people with blood or joint problems, overweight people, asthmatics, athletes and people with reduced mobility. The center also offers one-to-one sessions to get to know participants' needs better. Various price formulas and payment facilities are available.
