The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC) is a French administration. Linked to the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea, it comprises all the State departments responsible for regulating and supervising air safety, air transport and civil aviation activities in general. One of its interlocutors is the French Aeronautics Federation, with whom it contributes to the implementation of the regulations and to the defence of the interests of private pilots. Finally, in its mission to guarantee the safety and security of air transport, DGAC points a point of honour to follow the logic of sustainable development to carry out its action.

The Aéroclub d'Esbly, located in Esbly, is a warm and friendly flying club. It offers flight training as well as discovery flights. With its 8 aircraft and 6 qualified instructors, the flying club welcomes pilots and student pilots from all horizons, whether amateur or professional. The non-profit association is run by its members, including the instructors, on a voluntary basis. For those wishing to discover flying without obligation, the "Discovery Package" allows you to take the controls of the aircraft during the first three flying lessons, accompanied by a qualified instructor.

The association of friends of the Safran Museum is known, as its name suggests, as the Safran Group's Aeronautics and Space Museum. The Aéroclub Sadi Lecointe in Lognes is an association located on the Lognes - Émerainville airfield. It offers flights with an instructor, as well as aircraft rental. Rates include aircraft rental, fuel and insurance. Discounts are available under certain conditions. Dual control with instructor is billed at 35 euros per hour, in addition to the rate per hour of flight. Various types of aircraft are available, ranging from 140 euros to 357 euros per hour solo, and from 175 euros to 392 euros per hour dual. The club also offers annual dues for students and licensed pilots, as well as annual licenses and insurance.

Located at Meaux airport, this ultralight club offers a rare opportunity to discover new sensations, either occasionally or as part of a real training program. Whether multi-axis, tiltrotor or gyrocopter, the club offers first flights or introductory flights (you're the pilot!), lasting a minimum of twenty minutes, which can be immortalized in photo or video. Located near Paris, 321chutelibre is one of the world's leading skydiving schools. They offer tandem parachute jumps, accompanied by professionals. These week-long courses enable skydivers to become autonomous in freefall, with parachute jumps accompanied by instructors.
