Created in 1935 by Jacques Bense, who was, among other things, tap world champion, this school issues waltz courses, tango, paso-doble, samba, cha-cha-cha, rock, tap… Courses (1 hour) are designed for all ages, children and seniors included, regardless of the level of the student. Note that you can take special lessons (30 minutes) if you want to improve.

CEROC, you've never heard of this dance? It's a dance for two! It's easy to learn and can be danced to any kind of music! Classes for beginners and intermediates, followed by a DJ evening, will be opening soon in Paris. The atmosphere is great, and all you have to do is throw yourself into this dance, which is (by far) similar to rock, but much more modern. Classes are taught by young, dynamic instructors. The great thing is that you're free to come whenever you like (and only pay for the classes you attend), either on your own or with a partner.

Taptime is a dance school specializing in tap dance classes and workshops in Paris. Courses are available for all levels.

Mulvabé Danse is a dance school located in Paris, more precisely at Gymnase Vaugirard-Littré, 87 Rue de Vaugirard, 75010 Paris. They offer a variety of dance classes, including ballet, jazz, tap dance, French cancan and barre au sol. Classes are taught by experienced instructors such as Bénédicte O'Hara, Patrick O'Hara, Monika Knap and Anne Quercy. Mulvabé Danse also offers classes in other Paris arrondissements, such as the 6th and 10th.

Cyberdanse Paris is a dance school. It offers ballet classes for teenagers and adults. Cyberdanse Paris does not offer online courses, but only on-site services. The school has two teachers, Bénédicte O'Hara and Patrick O'Hara, who teach classical dance and other dance styles such as jazz and cabaret.

L'Atelier Chorégraphique is a dance school located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. The school's premises are entirely dedicated to dance practice, with three studios equipped with floating floors, double bars and mirrors. To get there, look for the post office on rue de l'Ourcq, then use the access to LES EIDERS residence to the right of the post office. After descending the large staircase on your left, you'll find the dance school immediately down on your left. On other weekdays and weekends, the school is closed. So plan your visit accordingly. However, the association Les Fers Play also offers tap dance shows. Two sessions are scheduled, one at 2pm and another at 7:30pm. The show promises to be dynamic, joyful and moving, with a varied and lively repertoire, under the direction of Veronica Vieira. The Anjaliom Yoga Center in Paris offers a variety of yoga, ballet and Pilates classes. Directed by Piccarda di Montereale Mantica, a former professional dancer, the center offers classes in Iyengar yoga, Coresprit Pilates and classical and contemporary dance. The center also offers training courses for Coresprit Pilates teachers. In addition to face-to-face classes, the center also offers online video classes, enabling practitioners to continue training remotely. The center has a store where you can buy yoga equipment, such as cork bricks and yoga chairs.

Klap'Danse is a dance school located in Rueil-Malmaison, right in the center of town. Run by Catherine Angerame, dancer and Artistic Director of Compagnie Klap'Danse, the school offers modern dance and tap classes for children, teenagers and adults, from age 5 upwards. Classes are organized by level and age, and registrations are possible all year round. Catherine teaches dance with passion and pleasure, emphasizing energy, technique and artistry. She also organizes several shows throughout the year to enable her students to share the pleasure of the stage.

Sceaux is home to a dance school called Association Projet Danse. The school offers a range of modern dance classes for adults, children aged 6 to 9 and teenagers. There is also a specific heel dance course for adults.
