PADDY ROCK
Read moreFormerly known as Paddy O'Neills, this Irish-inspired pub with its distinctive facade has been a quasi-institution in Chailly-en-Bière for many years. Its owner, dynamic and friendly, is full of good ideas to celebrate in the evening, with rock, jazz or improv concerts, disco or 1980s evenings, football atmospheres thanks to the various screens arranged in the rooms, and many other surprises to discover according to the programs of the moment. The typical decoration with its batch of bars, stools and other barrels, serving as tables, is successful, and the presence of adjoining rooms allows everyone to enjoy the atmosphere, or even to privatize part of the pub as needed. In addition to a wide choice of beers and alcohols, Paddy Rock also offers simple dishes to eat on the go (plates of cheese, hams and bruschettas in particular). This establishment is a real favorite because it succeeds in meeting the challenge of suiting all types of audiences, young and old. Our advice: to keep up to date on the events scheduled, it is better to take a look at the pub's Facebook page rather than its website.

MOONSHINER
Read moreWhat we love about this bar is first and foremost its clandestine side - don't we say " Prohibition is back " here ? You pass through a pizzeria and push open a heavy cold-storage door. The only thing missing behind it is Al Capone in Prohibition times. Set to jazzy tunes and 1930s decor, you'll ogle the menu with its 85 whiskies and beers, but above all for its cocktails, skilfully crafted by Pedro, Pasa, Danilo, Matteo, Martin, Valentin and Max. The perfect way to celebrate your discovery of this very special place.
EXPERIMENTAL COCKTAIL CLUB
Read moreThe leitmotif is secrecy. Each Parisian address is "hidden", and you'll never tire of discovering its entrance and, above all, its interior, where the meticulous decoration reveals a sleek, trendy yet refined ambience. A delight for lovers of luxurious cocktails and spirits. These addresses are very popular with fashionable personalities, and it's not surprising to come across a fashionable starlet or a movie star. A must-try.
