Thanks to their motivation, their love of the products and the know-how of Laura, the brewmaster, Green Dog's beers are a delight for the amateurs. Specialized in dry hopping, they propose recipes around different hop flavors (Ipa, Apa, Neipa) in a jovial and friendly place. Yes, the love of the foam, it puts everyone in agreement!

The former nightclub Le Sphinx has recently changed its name and concept. The Discopolis Complex opened its doors in February 2020 in place of the former nightclub. This project was led by the new owners: Fabien Sanchez, Sebastien Jean and Alain Terlin. The Pub offers concerts in a festive pop rock spirit. The Club 30 broadcasts hits from the 1970s to the present day and the large room, renamed Agora, broadcasts current music (electro, hits...).

Artists Carlo Tomassi and Ursula Von Vacana decided to purchase a former farm in Lachaussée in 1995. Located in the heart of the village, she notes with her pink facade, her inscription in relief "theatre barn" framed of two masks. Inside, a large hall with a scene and photographs depicting the artist's adventure. Since 1997, the «On the Bird route» festival has brought together seven companies from several countries. Patrick Clemann and his wife resumed the family business in 1991. In partnership with the tourist office, Clemann Pâtisserie created the Vauban on the occasion of the year Vauban, celebrated in 2007. The Vauban is a cake, composed of a apricot moss, a blueberry cream and a hazelnut biscuit. The Chocolat of Lorraine, whose shape evokes ore, has become the speciality of the country of Longwy. A delicious bite made of praline, milk chocolate, hazelnuts and almonds, coated with cocoa. More recently and exclusively presented to the tourist office, the meringue of the headquarters well is intended to be fine and fragrant to the hazelnut. The O-Zone is a discotheque 100% electro house tek trance on the outskirts of Metz, in the ZAC of Jouy aux Arches. Here, the bodies move to the mix of his resident DJ: Dj Kayser.
