Its founder, Fany Moraitis, was determined to promote the art of Alsatian handcrafting. You'll discover no less than twenty local designers in this store. Jewelry, natural stones, illustrations, children's products and many other little treasures. All the objects are handmade and tell their most beautiful stories!

We liked the Bôcal, we were worried when we knew it was moving. When we walked through the door, we were reassured and clearly, we loved this new place. The manager has given her local arts and crafts store an atmosphere conducive to the discovery of pieces of furniture, accessories, decorative objects, lighting and jewelry. All items, except furniture, are from local designers. Claire's welcome is particularly pleasant and attentive. She easily distills her advice and talks about her artists like a friend.

To find something to offer that kind of ordinary, this store does not lack original ideas. On the shelving of design objects and studios display their colours glossy: a shepherd lamp, a fish-shaped CD holder, a chrome-plated heater, a 6-cup coffee box. Shapes surprise! We move from one thing to the other while the hostess fignole the layout of these fragile wonders, often seen from a small "Don't touch" sign. There are also amazing bags and baskets, as well as some jewelry.

Jules Simoutre likes to work with wood to make original and unique pens, whether it is local wood such as Mirabel or from another continent, nothing stops him... He masters the entire production chain to satisfy his customers. With this handcrafted production, he takes between one and two hours to design a pen. We find a little of his soul inside... Tireless creator, he has designed a collection from recycled plastics ... Indeed, he innovated by composing plastic nibs and rollerballs. VALO'is the largest integration company in Lorraine. Specialized in waste sorting and cleaning, it recently launched a new challenge: the creation of decorative objects from industrial waste. The shop also references various brands for practical and decorative furniture, allowing to arrange the kitchen, the table and the garden. The gallery also exhibits limited editions of young French and European creators. The workshop also offers advice and the fitting out of premises, private or public spaces: coffee-tea room, transformation of a former presbytery into a notarial agency.

At the Magasin de Mots, now located on rue de la Source, you will find the boutique-workshop open to the public two days a week, to let the creator take care of her little words... Sandra Kast has gold between her fingers and creates superb, delicate ceramic creations. With a degree in art history, she has also been trained in ceramic modelling. Modeling, firing and glazing hold no secrets for her.
