The Cabot Trail is a 298-kilometre scenic route that winds along the coast of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. The route offers spectacular ocean views and passes through picturesque fishing villages. Several days are recommended to fully enjoy this unique experience. The Cabot Trail can be travelled in either direction, starting in Baddeck or from the Trans-Canada Highway. It's best to allow at least 5 to 7 days to explore all the wonders of the Cabot Trail.
