Each course is divided into two parts: first, with the help of the chef of the day, make the best cannelloni, lasagne or risotto of your life. The courses are defined according to seasons, calendar events (Christmas, Easter, Mother's day…). THE COOK'S ATELIER in Beaune is a true immersion in the culinary art of Burgundy. This family-run cooking school offers exciting workshops in which you'll learn to cook local seasonal dishes. Supervised by experts, you'll discover the secrets of seasonal recipes. You can then enjoy your creations in a private dining room with a warm atmosphere. The boutique offers a refined selection of handcrafted cooking utensils. Finally, the wine cellar offers carefully selected bottles from small European producers.
