The aim of this association, created in 1984, is to promote hiking in the Côte-d'Or, to animate the network of associations linked to this outdoor activity and to maintain the 3,000 km of marked trails. It was a sablière created for the exploitation of the aggregates arrived at the end of its operation which was purchased by the Côte d'or Federation for Fisheries and protection of the aquatic environment. It represents 26 hectares of water, thus the greatest sablière of full dijonnaise. Its geographical location makes it an interesting point of convergence for the fishermen of Côte d'Or and Saône-et-Loire. Departing from Châtel-Censoir, this 10.5 km long marked circuit will lead you to discover this charming village and then, from woods to meadows, to the one of Chevroches. From there, a shortcut will take you to the Grotte des Fées (Fairy Cave), where you will try to discover the secret of this mysterious place: located in the Vaulabelle woods, the cave was explored in 1904 by the abbot Parat, who hinted that the fairies living there used the underground passages to reach the Réchimé fountain!

Take off on your mountain bike from the top of the Croix de la Libération for a thrilling ride! A shuttle bus takes you to the summit from where four trails start, including one suitable for all-terrain wheelchairs. All levels of difficulty (green, blue, red, black) are available, and up to 8 runs can be made in an afternoon. The Mont Pupet Salins bike park is a paradise for mountain bikers. The trails are well groomed and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Riders can choose from a variety of trails, including downhill, cross-country and freestyle. The downhill trails are the most popular, offering fast, technical descents that test riders' skills. The Mont Poupet Salins bike park is accessible by car or train.

Located in the commune of La Celle-sur-Loire, there are two trails in Brocs: the trail of the Loire and Man and the trail of the Loire and its natural environment. Vélorail de la Vingeanne is a leisure park located in Champagne-sur-Vingeanne. Accessible to all, young and old, this unusual and friendly activity lets you discover the region by bike or rosalie. On site, you'll find a store selling drinks and local produce, a picnic area with barbecue, a 9 km marked hiking trail, a playground with table tennis and boules area, and dry toilets. The Nuits des Forêts festival returns to the National Forest Park from June 7 to 16, 2024 with a rich and varied program. Did you bring your sneakers, but don't know where to wear them out? Head to the lakeside Marcel-Lucotte leisure park to download four trail routes via QR codes. The simplest is flat and circles the lake (1.8 km), while the other three venture more or less into the forest, on the hills overlooking the town. They all start at the same time, so you can change your mind along the way, depending on your state of fitness. 7.8 km (181 m ascent), 12.7 km (320 m ascent) and 18.5 km (422 m ascent) are available.

The Grande traversée du Morvan is a 248 km signposted mountain bike trail between Avallon and Autun. It's not necessarily a highly technical adventure, but should be reserved for hardy mountain bikers, as 4,300 meters of positive gradient await them. Although it can be done in either direction, the route is recommended from Avallon to Autun. On the dedicated website, stages are suggested, with a GPX track for free download. Some tourist agencies also offer the excursion.

The Mer de pierres (Sea of Stones) at Collonge-en-Charollais is a geological curiosity well worth a stroll. Starting from the village center, you'll have to cover a 6 km round trip and climb 200 m to admire these chaotic rocky expanses lost in the middle of the forest, along the GR7. It's a pleasant walk, in the shade and with great views, in these woods where, in 1944, one of the many Resistance maquis was organized. To avoid the first part, drive to the end of rue de la Varenne, then follow the AMSV1 signs.

Nestled in the hills south of Buxy, Culles-les-Roches is a beautiful little village. Thanks to the vagaries of geology, it boasts a surprising diversity of landscapes and biotopes. This makes it an ideal setting for hikes, including the Géorama trail, which uses 7 panels to explain the local geology. Whether on foot (2h30) or by car (you'll have to walk a bit), it offers magnificent views, penetrates the heart of the village and passes by the rock-climbing site. A word of advice: for the more courageous, extend your walk as far as the Crainseny viaduct.

To get some height, head for the grottes d'Agneux, above the hamlet of the same name, where you'll need to leave your vehicle. Follow the GR as it climbs. At the milestone indicating the village behind you and Mont-Palais ahead, leave the GR and turn right. You'll come to the caves, which are closed but offer a superb panorama. Turn back or continue uphill, then turn left to return. Steep but shady path, 45 min round trip.

You will surely fall in love with one of these dogs in this breeding of Altdeutsche Schaferhunde (Old German Shepherd), and Czechoslovakian Wolfdog. Your hosts offer a half-day visit of the kennel and discuss the organization of the pack, how to approach the dogs to avoid bites and the good gestures to have. The visit is followed by a walk with the dogs, the cani-rando, which pull you with their harness to discover the Ballon des Vosges Natural Park. Along a small stretch of water bordered by forests, the small village of Saint-Sernin-du-Bois reveals its ancient stones, including Gallo-Roman remains, a ^14th-century keep and a magnificent granite dam built in the early ^20th century. This charming ensemble is the starting point for numerous hikes (11 signposted circuits ranging from 2 km to 31 km, starting from the dam). A site of national interest, classified as an adventure site, the routes are equipped, they require attention and experience that cannot be learned on a climbing wall. So be careful, have a great time at Cormot! More than 150 routes from 25 to 45 meters high, from 4b to 7c+ levels are waiting for you, a 50 meters route of 8b+ level in Baderne (Vauchignon). Golf de Tanlay is a golf course that offers a unique experience for golf enthusiasts. The site also sells golf equipment, including textiles, shoes, sets of clubs and bags.

The Chalon-sur-Saône golf course, located in Châtenoy-en-Bresse, is an 18-hole course 5685 meters long. Created in 1976 by golf architect Michel RIO, it is approved by the French Golf Federation. This flat golf course features fairways that are sometimes narrow and some sixty bunkers, but no water hazards. The Chalon-sur-Saône golf course also offers tuition and has a golf school. It also has a pro shop where golfers can purchase equipment and accessories. The Chalon-sur-Saône golf course is a popular venue for local golfers and regularly hosts competitions.

Doucier Aventure is an amusement park located in Doucier, Jura. The park offers two adventure courses for thrill-seekers. It's a good idea to check the opening times before you visit.
