A charming and lively place located in the historical center of Alghero, in front of the dome of the church of San Michele. At the Prosciutteria Sant Miquel you will find the best of the Sardinian gastronomic and wine tradition: you can taste delicious platters of cold cuts and local cheeses accompanied by fine wines. The owner and his wife are very friendly. All of this is done to a jazz/rock background music. The kind of atmosphere that reminds us of the wine bars back home.

Sa Panga is neither a pub nor a restaurant, but rather a kind of hybrid oriented towards the bistronomic concept. Indeed, the slogan is clear: " birre e cucina ". Attended by thirty-somethings and over, this establishment offers the finest craft beers combined with the inventive, effervescent cuisine of chef Marco Poddi, who draws his wealth from local produce (and the sea brings plenty of it to the Sinis peninsula!). The atmosphere is rather festive and relaxed, but that doesn't detract from the quality of the products served. We love it!

Bacco Bistrot is the new trendy place in Bosa, a bit bobo chic and trendy, and above all delicious and offbeat. They serve improved sandwiches, charcuterie and cheese boards, burgers and tapas, all skilfully presented and melting in the mouth. The wines and beers are local products and participate in the alternative or slow food circuit. We like the locavore and gourmet atmosphere while keeping a touch of simplicity. Finally, having lunch on the terrace of the most beautiful shopping and pedestrian street in Bosa is a pure delight.

Gastro Garage is a wine cellar, an art studio, a rehearsal room for musicians "driven out of the house" and a collection of comics and old scrapbooks. A cultural wine bar where one drinks delicious cannon while tasting dishes from all over the world reinterpreted with local products. The owners have taken up residence in an old workshop in the historic center and as they say on their website, at their place you taste wine and books... Books from all over the world but local bottles!

Su Porteddu is the last trace of civilization before Cala Goloritze. It's a parking lot, a camper van park, a campsite and an excellent bar where there's never a shortage of fresh Ichnusa non filtrata and a few slices of cheese and cold meats. The products on offer are locally sourced and the quantities generous (as is often the case in Sardinia). It's a touristy place, no doubt about it, but all the same, it's a little timeless and a little out of the ordinary. It's also a hangout for climbers and hikers, and the atmosphere reflects this.
