To work your "cardio", you will have the opportunity to participate in zumba courses to spend you in a playful way on world music. Or maybe you'll choose cardio combat? With a combination of martial art, combat and fitness sports, it allows you to work your muscles in a vigorous, but also playful way, since movements are performed in music. This 10 hectare tree climbing park with 9 courses (for all levels) will satisfy young and old, sportsmen and less sportsmen. Paintball fields have also been set up. The games are supervised by professionals and all the necessary equipment is provided. There is also an archery area and an impressive Tarzan jump, but the most unusual feature is the sumo wrestling area. A covered picnic area and barbecues are available.
