Since 2005, Chartres has its squash school by the French federation, and contrary to what one might think, recruitment is taking place early. Specific facilities allow children between the ages of 4 and 7 to practice mini squash, a game of awakening that will take them to "squash sensation" from the age of 8, then to "champion squash" from age 13. Playful and technical, squash enables children to flourish in a sport that appeals to their tone and imagination, and, if they so wish, will also be able to move towards competition. By enrolling in the squash school, they will also benefit from free access to the club outside of training and other benefits. But of course, for adults and people who are not enrolled in the course, it is still possible to practice squash and badminton occasionally or regularly: after paying a fee of € 3 to join the club, simply purchase an entry to the unit, or choose a subscription to benefit from advantageous rates on the book books.

Sports lovers, need to relax or get in shape? The Complex may become your favourite place. This huge loft space offers you a multitude of activities to spend you: squash, badminton, room football (futsal), zumba and fitness. Squash courts are certified competition by the French Squash Federation. To work your "cardio", you will have the opportunity to participate in zumba courses to spend you in a playful way on world music. Or maybe you'll choose cardio combat? With a combination of martial art, combat and fitness sports, it allows you to work your muscles in a vigorous, but also playful way, since movements are performed in music. After your workout, you will probably enjoy relaxing a few minutes in the lounge chairs with a refreshing drink. The staff were friendly and helpful!
