Founded in 1990 and located in the Panorama Hotel, this family-run diving center has all the services (drying and transporting equipment, inflation station, store with all the latest news). Two 15-meter boats (with hydraulic elevators for a comfortable ascent), with a capacity of 30 divers each, will take you quickly to the Medes Islands. Located on Aiguabla beach, the centre is set in a privileged environment as the Begur cape north of the cove protects it from the strong north winds. A location that also protects it from the Garbí winds, which are very frequent in summer. This PADI-approved company offers diving courses of all levels, as well as first dives and a total of sixteen dives to discover rays, groupers, moonfish, octopus, sea bream and lobsters... and corals and gorgonians. As well as the cove of Aiguablava and archaeological remains.

This club offers many sports activities. Above all nautical, of course, with sailing and kayaking courses, but also the possibility of renting boats, sailing or motor boats. There are also tennis courts, a swimming pool and a fitness room. There is also a bar-restaurant where you can have a drink in front of the sea. Built for the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games to host the canoeing and kayaking events, this artificial canal occupies an area of 15 hectares, with numerous green areas and sports facilities. Activities include canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing and water skiing. For some time now, it has also been possible to try out the water ski lift, a variant of water skiing where traction is provided by a system of cables. Very fun!

With its family atmosphere and its small, well-equipped and modern structure, this diving center opened in 1997 is a safe bet. Experienced divers, as well as beginners, will find a really friendly welcome. The instructors seem to be part of the family. They know the circuits well and are concerned about the safety of the divers. The boat can accommodate up to forty divers, which, in high season, can be a handicap for those who are looking for quietness. On the other hand, the boat is very comfortable.

It's one of the most highly regarded diving centers not only in Catalonia, but throughout Europe. With great respect for the marine world and a taste for training that is both comprehensive and personalized. The diving team is led by Meri Alorda and Chiqui Bustos, both PADI instructors who know all the ins and outs of diving in Tossa. In addition to training, the center also offers seven diving excursions. These include La Mar Menuda, one of the best night dives on the Costa Brava.

An ideal place to discover the exceptional dives of Capes Creus and Norfeu. From the first dive to the most advanced courses, given by SSI instructors, through exploration dives, supervised or autonomous, the services offered are vast. It is a centre that offers dives to discover the underwater world of the central Costa Brava: Ìles Formigues, La Roja, Ullastres, Cala Margarita, Canons de Tamariu, Llosa Platja d'Aro, Gorgonias or el Tabal. The most popular dive is the descent to the Boreas, an old German ship from the Second World War. Since 1968, the Escala sailing club has been one of the most suitable marinas for French sailors. That is why it has become, over the years, one of their points of reference in this field. Located in the south of the Bay of Roses, it allows you to discover many areas from a different angle, from the sea. Whether you have a motorboat, sailboat, paddleboat or no boat ... it will offer you a berth as well as a wide range of services and activities to discover on its website.

On Badalona beach, this new nautical center offers unique thrills such as parasailing, towed buoys (sofa or banana) and no-license boating to introduce you to navigation. For those who prefer more leisurely activities, take to the open sea aboard a sailboat for a minimum two-hour trip with family or friends along the coast, with the added bonus of an aperitif at sunset. Located in the maritime club of Castelldefels, this school offers introductory windsurfing courses and paddle surfing outings, and even Pilates classes on the beach, to combine all the benefits of sport and the outdoors. The instructors are attentive and pedagogical, whatever your basic level, you will only be able to progress, as the conditions are ideal for learning these different techniques. After a few hours of lessons, you will be able to take your turn on the blue waters of the Mediterranean.

Located in the heart of the Natural Park of Torroella, the Medes Islands and Baix Ter, this nautical resort offers water and sports activities for all public, levels and old. Since 1969, it has been the deep-sea specialist of the Catalan Costa Brava.
