The only multidisciplinary university in Brittany, UBO offers a large number of training courses in six cities: Brest, Quimper, Morlaix, Vannes, Saint-Brieuc and Rennes. École des Transmissions, formerly École Supérieure et d'Application des Transmissions, is a technical military school located on the Rennes - Beaulieu campus, in the commune of Cesson-Sévigné. The mission of the CIO Relais Europe is to welcome, inform and advise all those wishing to find out more about guidance in general: secondary school pupils, students, but also adults (parents, teachers, those involved in training and employment...). Since 1976, Skeudenn Bro Roahzon (Image du Pays de Rennes) aims to gather, animate and develop Breton culture in all its forms in order to enhance and transmit it in all its richness. To this end, more than fifty Breton cultural associations are gathered together (teaching, Celtic music, traditional games, dance...). Skeudenn publishes the monthly magazine "Yao ! "and also takes part in the organization of events such as the Yaouank festival, the Wednesdays of Thabor and many other events, proof that this traditional culture, always bubbling, can continue to be shared and enriched in an urban environment.

Renowned for its ability to train the future elites of French gastronomy and hotel management, the Ferrandi school moved to Rennes in 2021 and welcomes its students to its kitchens on rue de Brest. Two bachelor's degrees are offered: Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship (cuisine or patisserie) and Hotel and Restaurant Management, as well as a Master of Science in Hotel Management. The Cercle espagnol de Rennes was founded in June 1973 to bring together Spanish families living in and around Rennes. Created some ten years ago by Askoria, the solidarity campuses in several towns in Brittany, including Rennes, are real meeting places where you can learn and reflect on solidarity professions.
