The site has an interesting history: the restaurant is located in the former opium refinery of the colonial era. The courtyard now houses some excellent restaurants.

The two-storey space is very cosy, and the welcome is warm. The menu includes duck confit, Toulouse sausage, duck breast, salads, excellent burgers, pizzas, pastas, croque-monsieur... The speciality of the place is the house cordon bleu. The dishes are generous and prepared with French cheeses (bleu, camembert, goat's cheese). Wines are also carefully selected. Recommended.

Previously known as Le Toit gourmand, opened in 2004, it is one of Saigon's finest restaurants. Noble products such as truffles and foie gras, original recipes such as the famous "truffle brouillade" or "foie gras nem", homemade breads and cheeses. Great food, a wide and subtle selection of wines, this is sure to be a memorable dinner.

Excellent French cuisine, tasty, generous and refined, based on carefully selected ingredients. Another remarkable point is the prices, which, for an establishment of this quality, are very reasonable. In September 2016, Le Corto and its black cat welcomed President F. Holland during his official visit to Vietnam.
