Among its vintages, the August Water, a whiskey flavoured with maple syrup produced once a year in small quantities, the Red Monarch, a natural cranberry liquor, gin Cedar composed of génévrier and coriander, or Courailleuse, a true flavoured absinthe to anise and fenouils. It is possible to make a few tastings before buying.

Stepping into the store, you wonder whether you're in a music store or a distillery, given the posters of musicians, the guitar and the audio equipment that make up the decor. A place for music enthusiasts, it is above all dedicated to the creation of spirits, bitters, fruit drinks, etc., available both in the boutique and in SAQ outlets.

Whiskey, gin, vodka and aquavit (flavored brandy) are lovingly crafted here. A superb tasting room is available for you to savor before purchasing a bottle. First, because it incorporates the history of the surrounding area (the distillery is located halfway between the site of the Iroquois village of Stadacona and the place where Jacques Cartier settled), and second, because it decided to create an on-site escape game, which is a prelude to the guided tour. In terms of products, three gins with local flavors as well as a Nordic Pale Ale, alcoholic ready-to-drink and an aronia liqueur. To be discovered!
MENAUD

Menaud is both a distillery and a microbrewery producing nectars made with the region's herbs, wild flowers, fruits and grains. One thinks of its camerise liqueur made with salt gin or its salicorne sweet beer picked in Isle-aux-Coudres.
