Access from the Hamilton area is to the Dundas Valley Conservation Area in Dundas and access fees may be charged (Jerseyville and Brantford access is free).

The famous Nathan Phillips Square Ice Rink has been attracting thousands of locals and tourists every winter to test their skills on ice for generations. Don't have the equipment? No problem, as skates, helmets and mittens can be rented on site. A skate sharpening service is also available for a fee. Please note that an official ID card is required for deposit. A great activity to do in the heart of the city!

The Royal Montreal Golf Club is a golf course located on Île Bizard in Montreal, Canada. Inaugurated in 1873, it is the oldest golf club in North America. The Taz offers a skatepark equipped with various acrobatic modules, as well as a roulodôme dedicated to all sports on wheels and rollers. There is also a climbing area and a slackline zone. This indoor center offers the experience of free-fall flight in its state-of-the-art wind tunnel. Inside a vertically installed cylindrical tube, a column of air moves at 175 kph. You'll experience the same sensations as parachutists during the free-fall portion of their jump, which generally takes place from an altitude of 4,115 to 1,067 metres, at a speed of 200 km/h. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, and a flight suit will be provided on site. Beware of long hair - remember to tie it up!

An adventure at Mont-Sainte-Anne offers a close-up view of two waterfalls at the Jean-Larose Falls (also available in winter). This nature center is located in the Niagara Glen, an area overlooking the Niagara River rapids and the famous Niagara Whirlpool phenomenon. There is an exhibit about this natural site at the interpretive center, and you can also join a hike with a naturalist guide (May to August).

The SEBKA is a park that provides privileged access to the river and the salt marshes commonly known as "battures".
