Bruny Island Co brings together passionate artisans whose production is still small and traditional. Founded by Nick Haddow in 2003, this small company produces excellent cheeses with character made from cow's and goat's milk. And since 2016, locally grown beer with typical Tasmanian flavors! On-site cafe-restaurant in the cheese factory setting.

The program includes a tour of the farm, a milking demonstration and a cheese tasting by passionate and knowledgeable guides.
