It is in the beautiful city of Casablanca in central-west Morocco that the continental final of Africa Bakery was held on Thursday, March 23rd. The team that represented Tunisia did a remarkable job during 8 hours that led them to victory. Nabil Barcous the president, Houssem Haourai for the Viennese pastry and Wajdi Barcous for the artistic piece, it is for them a well deserved success! This competition at the Crémai Show now leads them to a new stage: the Bakery World Cup in Paris. Let's wish them as much success for next year at Europain!
