Timetable
Clubs and discos open from 11pm and usually until 5am. They are very crowded from 1am onwards, so don't arrive before 2am if you want to look your best. These clubs are not necessarily open every day: from Thursday to Saturday inclusive.
Budget & Tips
Entrance is usually free for girls. Otherwise the price is modest. Drinks are obviously more expensive than in the daytime, but not unaffordable either. Count 7 € for a cocktail, 5 € for a pint and 15 € for a bottle of whisky.
There are many rock and electro concerts that you can get into at the last minute, sometimes for free.
To be booked
Music festivals require advance booking.
In nightclubs, the bar area and terraces are free, but indoor tables often need to be reserved.
Age restrictions
No minors allowed in nightclubs. Identity card required.
What's very local
In general, there are no special instructions for all nightlife establishments, apart from the spots in Budva, Tivat or Sveti Stefan. But as night owls here generally follow Italian fashion, it's best to be well-dressed so as not to stand out.
Smokers
Smoking is possible outdoors or in a dedicated smoking room on the premises.
