Understandably, this region of the island is extremely popular by tourists… We have selected certain companies that are distinguished by their tariffs, services or reception. The Trois-Ilets commune is divided into several neighbourhoods: Pointe-du-Bout, Anse-Mitan and Ane-à-l'Ane. For ease of reference, we distributed them according to their geographic location.

Let's face it: taxis are a relatively expensive means of transportation in Martinique. But it is still very useful for those who want more independence. For long distances, don't forget to negotiate the price in advance. Generally speaking, make sure that the car has a taximeter. As an indication, you should count from 40 to €60 for a trip from Fort-de-France to Saint-Pierre, in the north of the island, or from 60 to €80 for a trip between Fort-de-France and Sainte-Anne, in the south.

This original solution called “taxi-co” resembles an ordinary cab service, with the difference that you will not be alone in the car, but several in a kind of minibus. The fare displayed on board is agreed according to the destination. The frequency of the taxi-co remains regular and reliable, guaranteeing a connection for each of the communes.
