The shrimp bourek is deliciously melt-in-the-mouth as is the "gourbi mixture", an assortment of fresh fish. Meat lovers will not be disappointed, with smooth and crispy entrecote awaiting them. For dessert, a delight of sweets. Everything is good at the Gourbi... Simply because it is an ancestral establishment or almost.

A varied menu is available, the choice of fish varies according to the arrival. The presentation of the dishes is very gastronomic with a refinement still too rare in Oran. One finds this elegance in the pretty cosy room and in the small intimate terrace where one takes the air discreetly, without ever being hot, thanks to air humidifiers. As for the service, it is serious and attentive.

From the suggestion of the day to a menu where European and local cuisine are mixed, the list is long: grilled quail, duck with orange sauce, roasted kid, rabbit, guinea fowl... Beautiful warm room with a rustic and modern decoration, veranda and terrace under the pine trees, very pleasant, day and night. A sure value!
