From October to December, it's the Vinterbading: two saunas, a 25-metre heated pool (salt water) and direct access to the sea for the brave! We're happy to spend the morning here, alternating between saunas and cold baths, why not with a coffee and a pastry from the kiosk. As you can see, this is winter at its best, and it's just a stone's throw from the old town!

Read moreNausta consists of two floating saunas located on the quayside in downtown Molde. They can be booked as shared or private sessions, every day, all year round. These pretty wooden cabins offer a perfectly unobstructed view not only of the fjord, but above all of the jagged relief of the Romsdal Alps. The view is all the more breathtaking in winter, when the peaks are whitened. The more courageous can even jump into the water for a more or less icy bath, depending on the season, as the islet is equipped with a ladder.
